1. Collected Information
traveeeat collects information needed to provide the app, including Sign in with Apple identifiers, email address when provided by Apple, profile display name, organization membership, invite code usage, place reviews, organization notes, selected place information, and optional location proximity information at the time of posting.
2. Purpose of Use
We use collected information to authenticate users, manage organizations, save and display place reviews, show organization-only notes to authorized members, prevent abuse, operate audit logs, and improve reliability and security.
3. Location Information
Location information is optional. Posts are allowed even if location permission is denied. When available, location is used only to calculate a proximity signal between the selected place and the posting device.
4. Sharing
Public reviews may be shown to other users. Organization notes are shown only to members of the relevant organization. We do not sell personal information.
5. Retention and Deletion
Data is retained as needed to operate the service and preserve auditability. Reviews and organization notes may be hidden or soft-deleted according to service operations and user requests.
6. Security
We use access controls, hashed refresh tokens, audit logs, input validation, and encrypted transport to protect the service.
